Two model profiles on FireCams, opened at random. One publishes a birthday of July 4. The other publishes September 13.
A third profile, on a different site with a different name and a different logo, published a birthday too. That site was Cams.com, and the reason all three carry the same field is that all three are the same company. This FireCams review is about what you learn when you review two sister sites a fortnight apart.
Who Owns FireCams? Streamray, Cams.com And The Shared Network
The footer settles it before anything else does. It names Streamray Inc. in Mountain View, California for the US operation and Wight Enterprise Limited in Camberley, England for the EU. It lists four support telephone numbers: US, UK and Australian toll-free lines plus an international one. It carries a TAKE IT DOWN Act Notice, an Anti-Human and Sexual Trafficking Policy, a Consent and Content Policy, a Protect Kids page, a combined Complaints, Abuse Reporting and Content Removal Policy, a DMCA notice and a 2257 statement.
That is, item for item, the footer described in this reference two weeks ago as the most complete legal and safety disclosure of any platform here. It is on FireCams because it is the same footer.
The copyright line goes further and does not bother to hide it: Cams℠ is a service mark of Streamray Inc. On a site called FireCams.
Everything else matches too. The filter rail carries the same three gender tabs, the same four age bands, the same five ethnicity buttons, the same four hair colours, the same six body descriptors and the same nine interest tags. The same BUY TOKENS panel is embedded in the grid. Eleven interface languages, the same eleven. And the same Back to School themed contest banner runs across the top of every page, so the marketing calendar is shared as well as the code.
All of which is fine, and worth saying plainly rather than treating as a scandal. Streamray runs several storefronts on one platform, the same way Camster and others in this category do. What matters for a reader is knowing that choosing between them is choosing a colour scheme.
FireCams Show Types: The Five Room States Explained
The one place FireCams genuinely outruns its sister site is the show taxonomy. Cams.com showed three labelled states on its grid. FireCams shows five:
- EXCLUSIVE, labelled “I’m In Exclusive Show”, with no invitation to join
- PRIVATE, labelled “I’m In Private Show” with a “Take a Peek” offer
- GOAL SHOW, labelled “I’m In Goal Show” with “Join the Show”
- NUDE, also “Join the Show”
- PARTY, labelled “I’m In Party Show” with “Join the Show”
That is the most granular room-state labelling in this reference, and the distinctions carry real information. Exclusive is closed and offers nothing. Private is closed but sells voyeur access. Goal, Nude and Party are all open and paid, and differ in what is happening rather than in whether you can enter.
Every one of those is printed on the tile before you click, and free chat remains the default state for everyone not in one of the five. Streams ran in HD with an FHD label on the player, and the room offers the usual mobile-friendly controls: float, sound and an aspect-ratio crop.
The labelling is what makes this grid worth using. Compared with the platforms here that show a single online dot and let you find out the rest by entering, this is a materially better grid to shop from.
Nothing on the grid is behind a wall: you can join for free, but you do not have to in order to browse the models, read their chats or open a room. The counter read All (172) live with New (19). Cams.com read 248 and 34 on its own visit, so the sister site was carrying about forty percent more rooms, which is worth knowing if you are choosing between two front doors onto one roster.
Privacy Issue: FireCams Publishes Model Birthdays
In the Cams.com review the single sharpest criticism was that the profile template publishes a model’s birthday as a day and a month, and that no other platform across sixty-odd sites reviewed here does the same.
Both FireCams profiles examined carry it. The About Me block runs Gender, Age, Birthday, Sign, Sexual Preference, Country and Language, and the birthday reads as a calendar date on each.
So this is a template decision taken once and applied across the network, not an oversight on one site. It sits directly above a Country field, which on the two profiles read Colombia and Ukraine, and above an attributes block giving body type, bra size, ethnicity, eye colour and hair colour.
The combination is what does the damage. A first name, a country, a date of birth to the day, physical description and photographs is most of what an identity check asks for. The Sign field immediately underneath achieves the same conversational purpose at none of the risk, which is what makes the birthday field redundant as well as exposing.
It is a strange thing to find on the network with the best trafficking and consent policies in this reference. Somebody at Streamray thought hard about non-consensual imagery and nobody looked at the profile form.
FireCams Model Profiles: Turn-Ons, Turn-Offs And Interests
Set against that, FireCams profiles are the richest in this reference on the things a buyer actually wants, and considerably fuller than the Cams.com one.
Beyond the attributes block, each carries a written Turn-Ons section, a Turn-Offs section, and an Interests list drawn from a fixed vocabulary. One profile’s interests read: hair pulling, dildos, discipline, foot, high heels, masturbation, toys, vibrators, voyeurism, whips. The other: dildos, domination, foot, high heels, masturbation, oral, paddling, role playing, toys, vibrators, voyeurism, underwear, alternative.
The Turn-Offs in particular are doing useful work. One reads, in the model’s own words, that she is turned off by someone who demands without giving. The other says rudeness, and people who want something for free, and being asked to show everything in thirty seconds.
Those are boundaries, stated in advance, on a public page, before anybody spends anything. Very few platforms here give a performer that space, and none of the ones that do put it this prominently. It is the single best thing about this site.
FireCams Prices: Token Costs For Toys And Photo Sets
As on Cams.com, the toy cost leaks into the room without an account: click the video to buzz for 5 tokens, or SuperBuzz for 15. Identical figures on both sites, which confirms toy pricing is set network-wide rather than by the model.
Photo sets are the opposite. They are priced individually and visible before registering, and the pricing culture here is nothing like the sister site’s.
On FireCams, thirteen priced sets ran from 100 to 500 tokens for sets of two to nine photos. Per photo that is 20 to 100 tokens, a median of about 33, and a spread of five to one between cheapest and dearest.
On Cams.com the same feature produced sets of five to a hundred and four photos priced from 20 to 1,000 tokens, a median of about 15 tokens per photo and a spread of 520 to one.
Same engine, same currency, same controls, and two completely different markets have formed on top of it. FireCams sets are small, curated and consistently priced. Cams.com sets are large, erratic and occasionally almost free. Neither site gives its models any pricing guidance, and the divergence is what happens when nobody does.
Everything else about the money is unpublished. No token value in currency, no package table, no per-minute rate on any tile, and no fan club price despite a Join Fan Club button on every profile. You cannot purchase anything, or even see what a purchase would cost, without an account. For a rate you can actually plan against, AWLive is still the only site in this reference that publishes one, and Flirt4Free at least names a subscription figure.

Is FireCams safe to use?
The risks are financial and informational, and the checks are quick. Pay on the platform, not off it. Use a card with a dispute route. And look at what the site publishes: a 2257 statement, a named operator, a complaints route and a way to reach a human. FireCams scores unusually well on all four, because it inherits them. A named company in two jurisdictions with four toll-free numbers is more recourse than almost anything else in this category offers.
What is the most popular live cam site, and which one pays models best?
Neither question has an honest answer from outside. No platform here publishes its revenue share, so any highest-paying ranking is affiliate copy. On popularity, the large token cam sites carry far more rooms than this one: 172 live here against grids in the thousands elsewhere. Among the platforms reviewed in this series, the ones you would compare on scale are:

What FireCams offers instead is a smaller roster with better-labelled rooms. If you want to find a specific kind of show quickly rather than browse thousands, that is a real trade and not obviously the wrong one.

This is not one, and neither are its siblings. There is no dating layer, no location matching and no meeting feature. The Country field on a profile is descriptive, not a search key. Platforms built around contact ads exist and are a different product.

Models Wanted and Studios Wanted sit side by side in the footer, alongside a public Model Directory, so both independents and managed talent are recruited to the network rather than to this brand.
The case in favour is unusually strong on the things that are hard to get elsewhere. The Turn-Offs field lets you state a boundary publicly before anyone spends. Five show states let you signal what kind of room you are running without negotiating it in chat. Fan clubs, favourites, messaging and a priced photo store mean income beyond live minutes. And the operator is a named company you can telephone.
The case against is the profile form. Decide whether the birthday field is optional before you complete it, and leave it blank if it is. The same goes for the combination of exact age, country, body type and bra size on one public page.
On pricing, the photo-set comparison above is the practical note: nobody is telling you what to charge, and the two sister sites have drifted an order of magnitude apart. Look at what the sets around you cost before setting yours, and get the token conversion in writing so you know what 100 tokens actually earns.

The Bottom Line
FireCams is Cams.com with a red palette, and the useful thing about reviewing both is that the comparison shows which decisions belong to the network and which do not. The birthday field, the toy prices, the safety policies and the back-to-school banner are all network-level. The show-state labelling and the photo pricing are not, and on both counts this skin comes out ahead.
Find your favourite cam here and the experience is identical to finding her next door, because she is next door. Use it for the room labels, which are the best in this reference, and for the Turn-Offs field, which gives performers something almost nobody else does. Then ask the same question the sister site raised and never answered: why does a company that wrote a consent policy still ask its models for their date of birth?
