IsLive is a Dutch webcam site that bills by the minute in credits, and it is the only site in this reference that prints what that costs in euros next to every package. The base rate is 60 credits a minute, which works out at €1.07 a minute on the smallest bundle and €0.54 a minute on the largest. The site is 18+ throughout.

What is IsLive?
A Dutch webcam platform running on credits, aimed squarely at the Netherlands and Belgium. The page title says it plainly in Dutch: webcam sex and sex chat with Dutch housewives. Almost every tile on the grid carries an NL flag.
The interface is dark, plain and quick. A search box sits at the top, six category tabs run across the grid (All, Studentes, Dik, Slank, Ebony, Toys, in Dutch even on the English version of the site) and every tile carries a name, an age, a country flag, a favourite heart and a status badge reading LIVE or BUSY.
Two things stand out about the roster immediately. It skews much older than the industry norm, with ages on the front grid running 30, 32, 33, 35, 44, 45, 48, 49, 50 and 55 alongside the twenties, which fits the housewives framing rather than fighting it. And it is small and local rather than global: this is a national site, not a network with a Dutch section.
The nationality is not incidental, either. The site markets itself in Dutch, its category tabs stay in Dutch on the English version, its payment methods are the ones Dutch and Belgian people actually use, and its compliance claim is specifically about Dutch law. Most cam sites are nowhere in particular. This one is somewhere.

Everything on the site runs off one number: 60 credits a minute. What that costs you in real money depends entirely on the size of the bundle you buy, and the site does that arithmetic for you rather than leaving it to you.

Publishing a per-minute cost in euros next to every bundle is what almost nothing else here does. On a token site you get a package price and a token rate and you do the arithmetic yourself, usually wrongly. Here the site does it, shows the saving as a percentage, and states the assumption it used.
How buying credits works
The site sets the whole model out in three steps before you see a single price, which is unusually honest about what you are signing up to:

That is a rare piece of structure in this industry, where the badges usually stand alone.
Watch along, chat and private: the three rates
Every profile carries three ways in, each with its rate printed underneath:
- Watch along, 60 credits a minute. You join a session already running without communicating. Live video and sound, you do not type, you stay off camera.

Watch along at the same rate as chat is an unusual choice, and the site explains the logic: it is a way to see who somebody is before committing, with a one-click step from watching into talking. The four-times premium on the private is justified in one honest line, that she is not talking to anyone else during that time.
There is one more piece of honesty in that section worth pulling out. Your balance sits in the top bar, you get a warning well before it runs out, and the FAQ has a specific question for what happens if credits run out mid-chat. Running dry in the middle of a session is the thing people actually worry about with per-minute billing, and answering it up front rather than in a support ticket is the right call.
Toy control and tips, both priced
The toy ladder is published with durations and costs rather than described vaguely:
- 2 seconds for 100 credits

Tips work separately, with preset amounts of 25, 50, 100 and 250 credits, plus a per-model tip menu listing what each action costs. The site is careful to say those come off your balance once rather than per minute, which is exactly the confusion that catches people out elsewhere.
How IsLive works once you are in
Nothing installs. The whole thing runs in a browser and behaves the same on a phone as on a laptop, which for a per-minute service matters more than it sounds: an app store purchase or a download is one more record of what you were doing.
The FAQ at the bottom of the help page is a good index of what the site thinks people worry about, and it clusters into three things:

Inside a chat room
The layout is simple: video filling the screen, controls down the left, chat on the right. Eight controls, each explained on the help page: your camera, sound on or off, hide the controls for a clean view, request a 1-on-1, chat, tips and the tip menu, your credit balance, and the toy tip row.
Cam-back is opt-in and granular. The browser asks first, and you choose video only, video and sound, or nothing, and can switch it off again in one tap. Sound starts muted with a notice in the chat telling you so. Messages run to 250 characters. Closing the session stops the meter immediately, and the site says so rather than leaving you to wonder.
None of that is revolutionary. What is unusual is that all of it is documented on a public page with a diagram, which means you can learn the interface before you spend a credit on it.
Profiles, albums and messaging
Profiles carry a details table covering gender, orientation, ethnicity, physique, hair, eyes, grooming, piercings, tattoos, relationship status and languages, plus a Specialities block listing what somebody actually offers as tags. The one I read listed twelve, from striptease and dancing through to being a good listener, which is a category most sites would not think to include.
Below that sit albums of photos and videos with counts on each. Some are free to browse; others unlock with credits, and the site states you always buy the whole album, never individual files, with the price shown before you click. That is a fairer structure than the drip-fed per-item unlocks on the creator platforms.
The rest of it is built for arranging something with a particular person rather than dropping into whoever is live:

IsLive compared with the bigger cam sites
On roster size IsLive loses to everything. Stripchat and BongaCams carry thousands of rooms against a grid you can scroll through in a couple of minutes here, and Streamate offers the same per-minute model at a scale IsLive cannot approach. If you want choice, this is the wrong site.
On price transparency it beats everything. Camster publishes its credit-to-dollar rate and SecretFriends publishes its whole chat ladder, but neither prints a euros-per-minute figure against every bundle with the discount worked out. Sex.cam comes closest with its flat one-euro credit, and even that leaves the show rates unstated.
Who IsLive is for
The combination of a published minute price, a free account with no card required, no recurring charge and two genuinely anonymous payment routes is the most honest commercial setup here. That makes the fit fairly easy to call.

The category tabs run to six and the whole site is built around one country’s audience. That focus is exactly why the rest of it works as well as it does, but it is a real limit and you should know it going in.
