An SFW/NSFW switch sits at the top of most pages. Even in SFW mode, many featured images are suggestive, so this isn’t a site to browse at work.

How good is AI Peeps chat and memory?
Memory was perfect in my test, but replies were short, usually one or two lines. The scene presentation is the highlight: the chat background is an image of the location, and the story’s time of day and the character’s outfit can be set or left to follow the plot.
I chatted with Ione, a synthetic clerk in a lost-and-found shop. I told her I fix vintage tape recorders in Gdansk and had lost a green umbrella with a duck-head handle. After one more message I asked her to repeat it. Her answer: “You fix vintage tape recorders in Gdansk, and your umbrella has a duck-head handle. Green, with a duck head.”

My From Chat request arrived in about 40 seconds: a moody portrait of Ione in her jacket. It looked great, but it was a studio-style portrait rather than the shop scene we were in. My balance didn’t change for this one. Right after, a “Love what you made?” pop-up offered the $3.99 coin pack or Peep Chat.
How do you create a Peep in PeepsLab?
PeepsLab builds a character in three tabs (Look, Personality, Story) and lets you keep it private. Free users get two creations a day.
How to create a Peep, step by step
- Open Create New Peep, enter a name and choose Public or Private. Private Peeps are hidden from PeepsHub.
- On Look, set gender, country, ethnicity, age and voice, then appearance: global style tags, body, face and hair, a default outfit and the portrait engine. You can also create a Peep from an uploaded image.
- On Personality, set traits (intelligence, friendliness, confidence, playfulness, energy, mood), hobbies, a quirk, the “spicy” settings and a bio.
- On Story, edit the default opening scenario and time of day.
- Press Create!
The bio editor has a Generate button (3 coins) that expands a rough draft. I wrote two lines about Tomas, a 34-year-old night-shift tram driver in Budapest who restores jukeboxes. The result was atmospheric, but it also pulled in leftovers from the randomized defaults: a “fallen angel” style tag and an ice-sculpture hobby I hadn’t chosen.
That’s the main lesson: the Randomize buttons fill every field, and anything you don’t clear can show up in the result. My finished Tomas was listed as 21 and American, not 34 and Hungarian, and his portrait had a halo and wings. Check every field before you press Create.

I asked for Tomas in the driver’s cab of a yellow Budapest tram at night. The result nailed the cab and the lighting and kept his face, but it kept the wings and halo from his randomized style too.

I described “a calm man in his mid thirties, low warm pitch, slightly tired, dry humor, slow relaxed pace, light Hungarian accent.” The voice was ready in about 15 seconds. Cloning requires you to confirm you have the rights to the voice, which is a sensible guardrail.
