PantyBay’s profile pages list a measurements field. On the one examined it read 20 inches, 60 inches, 20 inches, helpfully converted to centimetres underneath in case the inches were unclear.

Those are not measurements of a person. They are not measurements of anything. And they sit in a structured field, on a live profile, next to a country field reading “indoors”.

This PantyBay review is about a site whose furniture is in place and whose contents are not. This is an adult site and everything below assumes you are over 18.

PantyBay review: the short answer

PantyBay is not worth buying credits on right now. The company behind it is real and named, but the site itself shows you nothing: no thumbnails, no photos and no prices.

  • Verdict: avoid until the images and pricing are fixed
  • Price: not published anywhere; you buy credits of unstated value
  • Content: a blank performer grid and empty photo galleries
  • Profiles: 5 of 16 fields empty or physically impossible
  • Legitimacy: named operator, UK address, DMCA, 2257 and subpoena pages
  • Best for: nobody, for now

A country field reading indoors, impossible measurements, three blank fields, and five empty photo frames.

PantyBay profiles: empty fields and impossible measurements

PantyBay’s profile data cannot be trusted: five of sixteen fields are empty or nonsense. The template itself is a reasonable one, with sixteen structured fields covering name, age, gender, sexual preference, country, zodiac, build, kinky attributes, hair colour, eye colour, ethnicity, cup size, measurements, height, pubic hair and languages.

What is in them, on the profile examined:

  • Country: indoors. Not a country
  • Measurements: 20″-60″-20″. Physically impossible in every direction
  • Cup size B alongside a 20-inch bust, which contradicts itself
  • Zodiac, pubic hair and languages: all blank
  • Height given as a range rather than a figure

With nearly a third of the fields broken, a buyer reading that page cannot tell which of the remaining eleven are real.

Compare it with what a working profile template produces. DKwebcam publishes height in centimetres, weight in kilos and a four-axis rating with a vote count. FILF publishes a structured appearance block detailed enough to be uncomfortable. Both are describing actual people. This is a form somebody filled in badly, or a feed nobody validated.

PantyBay free photos: the galleries are empty

The free photos section on PantyBay profiles contains no photos. Under the fields sits a section headed as the performer’s latest free photos, followed by five empty frames.

Not loading slowly, and not gated behind a login prompt. Five placeholder rectangles where photographs should be, on a page advertising free photographs. The profile’s own avatar frame is empty too.

PantyBay live cams: nothing on the grid loads

Every performer tile on PantyBay’s home page is blank, yet every one is badged as available now.

PantyBay home page headed as the world's most interactive live XXX chat, showing a grid where every tile is blank with no thumbnail, carrying only a name label and a yellow available now badge
Every tile badged available now, over a grid where not a single thumbnail loads.

The home page is headed as the world’s most interactive live XXX chat, and beneath it sits a grid of eighteen or so performers.

There is no thumbnail, no preview and no still frame on any tile, just the striped background of the page showing through where the image should be. What does render is the overlay furniture: a name, a yellow AVAILABLE NOW! badge, and on hover a panel offering to let you watch and interact live with that performer.

So every performer on the site is advertised as available right now, on a grid where not one of them can be seen. The badge is the only content on the page.

Set against StickyCams, reviewed here with nobody live at all, this is a different failure. StickyCams admitted the grid was empty. PantyBay insists everybody is available and shows you nothing.

Is PantyBay legit? Who runs it

Partly. The operator is real and named, but a real company does not make the site usable. This is the part that complicates the picture, because the footer is better than the site deserves.

PantyBay names its operating company and gives a UK street address. That is more than most of this reference manages, and it is checkable.

The legal set is also fuller than average:

  • Terms and conditions, and a privacy policy
  • A DMCA route and a 2257 statement
  • Contact and customer support
  • An affiliates route
  • A dedicated subpoena page, which almost nothing else here carries

A published subpoena route is a genuinely serious thing to put in a footer. It tells law enforcement and litigants where to send process, and sites that are not expecting to be taken seriously do not bother.

Against all of that sits the copyright line, which reads 2020. Six years stale on a page captured in 2026. The address also spells its own city wrong.

Taken together the footer reads as something set up carefully once and not touched since, which is consistent with everything above it.

How much does PantyBay cost?

PantyBay does not publish its prices. The currency is credits, and a buy credits button sits in the header of every page in the site’s brightest colour.

Here is what is missing from every public page:

  • No price per credit
  • No credit packages or bundles
  • No per-minute rate for live shows
  • No list of accepted payment methods
  • No free credit allocation for new users

A how-it-works page exists in the navigation, which presumably explains the model, but the pricing itself is not on any captured page.

So the familiar gap, made worse by context: you are asked to buy a currency of unstated value in order to interact with performers whose photographs do not load and whose stated measurements are impossible.

PantyBay pros, cons and verdict

PantyBay pros

  • Names its operating company with a UK street address
  • A DMCA route and a 2257 statement
  • A dedicated subpoena page, which very few platforms publish
  • A sixteen-field profile template, which is a sound design
  • Customer support and a how-it-works page in the main navigation

PantyBay cons

  • No thumbnail on any tile, across the entire grid
  • Profile data that is empty or impossible: a country reading “indoors”, measurements of 20-60-20, three blank fields
  • Empty photo galleries on a section headed free photos
  • Every performer badged available now, with nothing visible to confirm it
  • No credit price, package, rate or payment method published
  • A copyright line six years out of date
  • No roster or live count
  • A misspelling in its own registered address

Is PantyBay worth it?

No. PantyBay has the paperwork of a serious operation and the contents of an abandoned one. Somebody registered a company, published a 2257 statement, set up a DMCA route and went to the trouble of adding a subpoena page. Then the images stopped loading, the profile fields filled with nonsense, and the copyright line sat at 2020 while the years went past.

There is nothing here to evaluate as a cam site, because nothing on it can be seen. The one thing worth taking away is the contrast: a named operator and a full legal set are necessary, and this is the clearest demonstration in the reference that they are nowhere near sufficient.
